1) Please use proper first and last names while joining the zoom session and provide this information if/as/when requested by the host/co-host of the meeting, failure to do so will result in the removal of such member from the online meeting
2) Due to increased incidents of usage of inappropriate comments/phrases on the chat during the meeting for last few months board meeting, it has been decided to disable the chat feature for the participants
3) If/as members have any questions regarding the information being presented during the meeting, feel free to post your questions in the Q&A section of the live meeting, those will be addressed during the Q&A portion of the meeting
4) During the Q&A session, please start with your first, last names as well as the address of your property followed by the question you have
