Membership Badge Update:

Dear Community Members,

On behalf of the LPPOA Board and the Membership Committee, I extend our gratitude to each member for diligently keeping their badges while accessing our property. These badges are equipped with your unique QR codes, serving as identification for members in good standing. It is crucial that you do not discard these membership badges.

Kindly note that these badges are reusable, and we intend to continue using them year after year. All members are required to use the same badges for the year 2025. We urge you to preserve them and refrain from disposal. In the event of loss or the need for a replacement, the association will impose an extra charge.

Anticipate the arrival of your new parking tags for 2025, which will be sent to you via postal mail.

For those utilizing boats, new boat tags will be available for collection at the clubhouse starting May 1st. Details regarding the schedule will be communicated through an email blast.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and unwavering support for the LPPOA Board and the Membership Committee. Rest assured, we are committed to enhancing our system to ensure a seamless transition into the beach season of 2025.
