As per the Bylaws of the Lake Parsippany Property Owners Association, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the membership and annual Election of officers and trustees will take place on Sunday, September 13th. All Properties having been deemed in good standing (that is having paid all outstanding dues, fees and fines) are eligible to vote.

Voting will take place Sunday, Sept. 13th between 9am and 3pm EDT via electronic means only. Those unable to vote electronically may come to the LPPOA Clubhouse (701 Lake Shore Dr, Parsippany, NJ) for assistance during the designated voting hours. You must bring your Election Buddy voter postcard AND proof of ID property ownership.

We have hired Election Buddy to conduct the election. You will be able to vote from your own electronic device (computer, tablet, cellphone or like device). This is your community, and this is your opportunity to help make things happen. Please vote.

The Annual Meeting of the Membership will take place at Noon on Sunday, Sept 13th via Zoom.

• ·      Voting: 9am – 3pm All voting will be electronic - Using third party election company: Election Buddy
• ·      All members will receive a mailing from Election Buddy with additional instructions.
• ·      You will need to save the postcard that you get. There is one postcard/vote per membership.
• ·      Only members in good standing are eligible to vote. You have 5 days before election to become a member in good standing. A member in good standing is a member who has paid all outstanding dues owed by the property, late fees and fines.
• ·      Property owners who do not have the use of a computer may come to the Clubhouse from 9am to 3pm.
