Location: Lake Parsippany ClubHouse (701 Lake Shore Dr) 

Val Kenny's hours for the next two weeks (at the clubhouse):

  Monday, June 30th: 10-6 Monday, July 7: 10AM-3PM

Tuesday, July 1st: 11-6     Tuesday, July 8: 9-3

Wednesday, July 2nd: No hours       Wednesday, July 9: No hours

Thursday, July 3rd: 10-6         Thursday, July 10: 11-7

Friday, July 4th: No hours (holiday) Friday, July 11: 9-3

 Saturday, July 5th: 8-4                 Saturday, July 12: 8-11AM

Reminder!

Property Owners in the original purchase tract are reminded that 2025 membership dues, as well as any outstanding past dues, are due by April 30, 2025. Invoices have been mailed with instructions for online and check payments. We encourage all members to pay online and set up their accounts via the website

Membership Badge Reminder:

The LPPOA Board and Membership Committee thank you for your continued use of membership badges. These badges, featuring your unique QR code, are essential for verifying membership in good standing and accessing community property.

Please do not discard your membership badge. These badges are reusable and will be utilized annually. Replacement badges will incur a fee. Please keep your badge in a safe place.

We appreciate your cooperation and support as we prepare for a smooth transition into the 2025 beach season.
