The moderator will open the meeting and explain the agenda.

• All candidates will make opening statements. (41 minutes)

• Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and they can direct it to any candidate. (58 minutes)

• All candidates will make closing statements and they can rebut any answer given by another candidate at this time. (41 minutes)

The Moderator will close the meeting and remind the audience about Sunday's election.

• Anyone who doesn't receive a postcard, you can come to the clubhouse and we will give you your code so you can vote.

• Candidates who do not receive their postcard, since you are verified contact Elections Committee and we will email or call you with your code.

Election Information

• First Sunday after labor Day, September 12, 2021 (as per bylaws)
• Voting: 9am – 3pm
• Annual Zoom Meeting @ 12:00pm (required per bylaws)
• Using third party election company: Election Buddy
• All voting will be electronic. All members will receive a mailing from Election Buddy with additional instructions. You will need to save the postcard that you get. There is one postcard/vote per membership
• Only members in good standing are eligible to vote. You have 5 days before election to become a member in good standing. A member in good standing is a member who has paid all their dues
• The Clubhouse will open for the property owner who do not have the use of a computer
  from 9am to 3pm. Members need to bring the postcard from Election Buddy as well as a State ID
• At the Clubhouse, we may require masks depending on what are the guidelines at the time
• Candidate night will be done via Zoom meeting on September 10, 2021 7:00pm to 9:30pm
• Election results within 1-3 hours after voting closes

Board Positions and Terms

Trustee Positions are 2 year terms and alternating between President/Vice President and Treasurer/Financial Secretary allowing one position available every election year.

Director Positions are 3 year terms, allowing one position available in each district every  election year.
